Mary began her career working in the fashion industry whilst studying for a Bachelor of Arts Degree (double major Psychology and Literature). After several years in senior management within the fashion industry, Mary made the strategic move into the franchising industry in the early 1990s with particular focus on franchise system marketing design & development. Mary is a creative and forward thinker and brings to the table a wealth of business profiling , marketing and administration – she is very ‘hands on’ and places strong emphasis on goal achievement and dealing with clients.
Michael Amler has been involved in the retail and property business for over 20 years and was instrumental in setting up the Verimark Group in South Africa with over a 100 retail stores. The company is now listed on the South African stock market. After arriving in Australia in the late 1990s, Michael set up a similar business with over 50 retail stores being opened. He has since then been in the property business owning his own chain of stores. Michael’s real passion however, is retail property. He is currently representing some very big brands in Australia including but not limited to Max Brenner, Charlie Lovett, Eagle Boys Pizza, Ollie’s Place kids wear and Harry’s Cafe De Wheels. Michael assists retailers with site identification, lease negotiations, site disposals and retail strategies. He has a firsthand knowledge of the Australian market and has very strong relationships with all major landlords. He can assist retailers that require sites in both shopping centers and strip site locations.
Max has over 32 years experience in IT roles since completing his Bachelor of Applied Science(double majoring in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics). He has worked in system administration of Mainframe systems, Supercomputers, UNIX systems and personal computers in a Government organisation. In the latter half of his career he concentrated on programming across various platforms including web front and back end systems. He has experience in many more aspects of computing, far too many to mention. Even his hobby is computer related, currently writing computer games in his spare time.
